Job Overview: You will be the backbone of our daily financial operations, working closely with the Senior Accountant to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately, compliance is met, and financial reports are prepared on time.associated components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Maintain and update daily accounting records, ensuring all income and expenses are accurately categorized.
• Invoicing & Receivables: Generate professional invoices for clients and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and credit card transactions to identify any discrepancies.
• Tax Compliance Support: Assist in the preparation of data for GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings in accordance with current 2026 regulations.
• Accounts Payable: Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and process timely payments.
• Petty Cash Management: Oversee the office petty cash fund, ensuring all minor expenses are documented and replenished.

Requirements

• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally Prime.
• Advanced MS Excel: Ability to use VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas to organize data efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: A "eagle eye" for spotting errors in long ledgers or financial statements.
• Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and basic tax laws.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
