Responsibilities
Legal Advisory: Provide expert and timely legal advice to management on a variety of legal issues (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, etc.).
Contract Management: Draft, evaluate, and negotiate a wide range of corporate contracts and agreements.
Compliance: Ensure the company operates in strict adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
Litigation Support: Manage external counsel and represent the company’s interests in legal proceedings or disputes.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to minimize company exposure.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of legal documents, filings, and corporate governance.
Qualification
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) , or a Master of Laws (LLM) is highly desirable.
License: Valid license to practice law and active registration with the Bar Council.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a corporate or reputable firm environment.
